Recently, I had a chance to visit with my Uncle Woody and Aunt Louise down south. Uncle Woody gave me a tour of his workshop. I’m sure you’ll enjoy watching this video as much as I did making it.
Hi Alan, Your Uncle Woody is almost exactly the same as my grandad, except Grandad’s got an irish accent and he’s never even been on a plane, never mind being excited by a pilot.
Great posts so far. Keep up the good work.
Found your blog because of the review you did on the Steadyvid camera stabilizer (nice work). Just loved this pure Americana tour! Please do another one on Woody, the “non-whirlygigs” and other things he makes and sells … Uncle Woody needs an Etsy page! Totally enjoyed it, thanks! PS: I would sure love to see those awesome “X-Lift” Woody tables for sale. L.Phillips – Virginia
Thanks a bunch L. Phillips! I sure would love to shoot more video with Uncle Woody, but unfortunately he lives 2 days from me. I’ll be sure to capture more video though the next time I visist!
Uncle Woody is great! I think I want his finishing room! Thanks for the tour.
Awesome! Can I buy that t-shirt from him? and the end is priceless! (“you know what excites me…”)
Cool shop and video… Funny, I have the same radial arm saw and table top drill press! Love the shop!
